Here are a few budget-friendly tips that will help you differentiate your home from the competition and get buyers through your front door:
- Cut down dead tree branches and trip back bushes and shrubbery
- Plant colorful flowers surrounding the front of the house
- Paint your front door a more distinctive bold color (however, one that is still complimentary to the color scheme of your home)
- Fill or replenish mulch covered areas
- Fertilize the grass and plants
- Keep lawn nicely trimmed
